Data Management

Your customer data file is the beginning of any communication that you have with your customers. Future Sources range of data management services will transform your information into a format that drives the communication process. Data integrity tolls ensure that your data is accurate and complete so that it conforms to all Australian Post guidelines.

Future Sources offers a range of data enhancement services that will help you to combine multiple databases, identify and remove duplicated records, check and correct suburb names and post codes and much more.

If you are not sure how to address your customer, an inspection of your data may allow Future Sources to determine the gender of the record, and allocate an appropriate salutation. "Dear Miss Smith" will attract a better response than "Dear Customer".

Sometimes you may not wish to incur the expense of mailing to everyone on your database. By manipulating match keys, you can target your mail pieces accurately to key individuals within households and companies, saving you the costs of extra printing, processing and postage.

Adding Delivery Point Identifiers (DPIDS), reformatting the machine language of your data so that it can be laser printed or used in inkjet addressing and production of microfilm or CD ROM are also included in Future Sources range of data enhancement.

Document Design

Documents being sent through the mail in bulk need to conform to an ever widening range of statutory and other requirements. These requirements govern such items as fonts and positioning of address and other details. The actual base stocks that will be laser printer must be selected carefully as certain paper types and inks are simply not suitable. Other documents intended for optical scanning require the selective use of special background tints, whilst forms for financial transactions are subject to an entire regimen of banking regulations that dictate the use of fonts, positioning and ink types.

Consultancy

As a specialist Direct Mail organisation, we have a team of experts on hand to provide advice and recommendations for any current or future scenario. Materials Storage and Inventory Management

All stock and materials can be stored onsite in a secure environment and inventory management maintained on a daily basis. This provides for correct reporting on a regular basis as well as exception reporting for stocks as they approach or pass re-order level.
